This role will be providing technical assesment, advise, support and customer support during field visits or dispatches... Support the TIS focus area, (training, installation and service) ensuring high quality and efficient maintenance and service support of equipment and machinery Execute all on site installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades and test tasks. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Understanding the complete work order processes from customer enquiry through to completion. Diagnose errors or technical problems, determine proper solutions, local on-site service and repair of equipment. Carry out all on site installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades and test tasks Provide on-call emergency after hours service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field. Ability to work Flexible Shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
