25.01.2022 Aussie meat pies, one of my favourite recipes! Made these with the kids in my Kmart pie maker. Lots of hidden veg added to recipe too! (Carrot, mushroom, zucchini, capsicum) Winner with the kids while we stay at home. *I used mince beef, cooked in the steaming basket, double the cooking time

This one is from the UK and is seriously good I’ve popped it into slow cooler this morning for some perfectly cooked lamb shanks with this amazing Italian sauce. Perfect winter food. Now to decide what to serve it with husband will say mashed potatoes but it’s not my fave, so maybe homemade gnocchi?
