22.01.2022 Dear friends, family and supporters, For the last 18 months I have succeeded in being a mummy athlete. I somehow managed to balance training, work and being a mum. However, I am only human and I only have a limited amount of energy each day/week. 18.01.2022 It has nearly been a month since the launch of my You're Better on Beef campaign video. As an athlete and a busy woman good nutrition is an incredibly important part of my life. No w...ay could I face the day, let alone any challenges if I wasn’t fuelled with the right foods. A key part of that is ensuring I include power-packed red meat like beef, 3 4 times a week as part of a healthy balanced meal. With 13 essential nutrients like protein to keep my muscles fuelled, iron for energy and zinc for brainpower, you really are #betteronbeef #everydaychampions See more
