25.01.2022 A fantastic win today for Margot Maitland and Marjorie Moncrieff, Well Done!! Wendy Griffin and Jenny Loftes had a great last board beating a 2H contract for a top board to shoot them from 4th to equal 2nd with Anne French and Joel Gue. Here are the scores for Thursday 29/8/19...

24.01.2022 The outright scores for the month of July are finalised. It was a good final week with both Jane Guthrie and Anthony Kennard in prime position to take out the Choccies. In the end, Anthony Kennard edged out Jane Guthrie to win the month. Well Done Anthony. Jane Guthrie finished 3rd in June and 2nd for July, maybe August is one better again for Jane? Well Done Jane. 21.01.2022 Sorry for the delay, one of the pairs had moved to a table that they shouldnt and it took me a while to work out which pair it was and where they had gone. However at the Clare Bridge Club: The innocent and the guilty shall remain anonymous :) Taking the Victory today and probably securing the Chocolates for the month was Di Fargher and Wendy Griffin. 21.01.2022 Welcome to our newest members, Katherine Nugent, Jenny Vine, Fiona Stuchbery and Graham Trengove. We hope you enjoy your Bridge with us. Winning today for North /South was Jane Guthrie and Sue Barry. For East / West were Jenny Vine and Fiona Stuchberry. The last round saw both victors playing against each other and the last board of the day gained Jenny and Fiona the win for East / West reaching a nice 4H contract that nobody else managed to bid, played nicely by Fiona for a top board and jumping up into 1st place. Despite the not so good score for Jane and Sue they had a big enough lead to still finish 1st. Well done to the winners and here are the scores for today...

Coming out victors for North/South were Zeenee Michael and Wendy Griffin. For East/West it was Anne French and Joel Gue. Well done to the Winners!! A couplle of special mentions; A nice score on board 11 for Zeenee Michael and Wendy Griffin making 11 tricks in 3HX for +730. 08.01.2022 Clare and Mid North Bridge Club Pairs Championship begins tomorrow. Every Thursday in October. Play starts at 10am, should finish about 12:40pm. Players can turn up and play as per normal, in order to be eligible for the Championship Trophy players need to play with the same partner for at least 3 out the 5 weeks and may have a substitute for 2 of the weeks. All 5 weeks scores will count. Good Luck on being the 1st to get your names on the trophy:
