24.01.2022 Wow! What. A. Weekend. A huge double today with ANCESTRY and GLAMOUR FOX making it three runners for the weekend and three big winners - did we mention one of ...those was a Group 1? ANCESTRY, how good was that today at Cranbourne Turf Club ! An easy 3.25L winner in the $100,000 Apache Cat Classic. It was the 4yo's sixth win from just 11 starts ( 2 in a row) and took his prize money to over a quarter of a million! There is plenty more to come from this excitement machine! And up in Hawkesbury Race Club Limited earlier today it was great to see GLAMOUR FOX get a well earned third career win, when the 4yo mare rallied strongly for a tough but convincing win over 1600m in a small yet competitive race. Well done to all our connections on a huge weekend of racing and thank you to Stokes Racing and Clare Cunningham Racing for turning out our team in Group 1 fashion - literally! And I can't forget my mate Peter Moody, who is such an integral part of our team!

It was a great reward for her owners- 3 mates, Michael, Chris and Tony and a great ride by Shaun Guymer. 23.01.2022 Gytrash (Lewis), Gordon and Jacqui arrived in Warwick Farm after a 3 day journey from SA. I didn’t know what to expect when agreeing to help look after Lewis for his campaign in Sydney however it was one of those opportunities you couldn’t turn down. Lewis has shown ‘good horse’ qualities from the moment he arrived, he has helped himself survive and we have enjoyed having him in the stable. To win the Concord stakes was thrill and the gallant third in the Everest was somethin...g to be proud of however yesterday he showed versatility, resilience and most importantly class running down a good field in the Yes Yes Yes @atc_races . Jason, myself and the team behind CCRACING have gotten such a thrill out of Lewis’s success and we will remember this campaign for a lifetime however what has been equally pleasing is the friendships we have made spending time with @gordonrichardsracing his connection and @inglis_sales . I admired the guts Gordon and Jacqui have shown in sticking to there guns with this horses campaign and how they have made the most of enjoying the ride. 01.01.2022 A big double for the team today and how good is it to have one of those winners open the card at Moonee Valley Racing Club on Cox Plate Day! That's seven winner...s in October already, including a Group 1! The winning duo were the same pair who also provided us with a winning double back on 11 October. ANCESTRY is a flying machine and he went on his winning way in race 1 today at Moonee Valley, breaking the heart of the old warrior Jungle Edge as they went toe to toe for most of the race! The son of The Brother's War continues to answer every challenge and he's now won 7 from 12 with today's win bringing up three in a row! North of the border GLAMOUR FOX stepped up to Open Class at kembla Grange and proved too stong over the mile, winning comfortably against a handy little field. The 4yo daughter of Foxwedge is really starting to put it together and she is raicng with great confidence. Both horses were purchased by Moods and I from the Magic Millions sales and were bought for less than $90,000 each!
