14.01.2022 Hi all . Had a wonderful day on Saturday at the opening of the new Elements Yoga and Wellness studio in Belmont. For a while now Steve has had a vision of this manifesting, and here it is now making its welcome appearance in Belmont. The transformation of this building has been amazing and this is valid proof that your steadfast vision held on mind, no wavering or doubt, must manifest via the law of attraction. How is your vision at present?? Ill be teaching yoga at this studio and offering Kinesiology, Soul Psychotherapy and Indian Head Massage. Have a great day

14.01.2022 My first blog. Something quite unfamiliar as you can imagine when you hear that I am of the typewriter vintage doing Uni assignments this way. I later progressed to a computer with minimal techno success. But I get there and even if I am a one finger texter I manage quite well. Of course this is the way to run a business these days and so I am here ( adaptation of the species) giving it a shot. And even though I am not too familiar with social media, I am familiar with working with people, connecting, listening and doing my best to understand your human experience and being with someone to assist you in guiding this experience. 02.01.2022 Welcome to my Facebook business page. I practice a number of modalities including Psychotherapy, Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy and Indian Head Massage. I am also a reiki practitioner and yoga teacher. As a more formal profession I was a Social Worker working primarily with children and families. I found this work very fulfilling and rewarding. However I then discovered that the modalities I use today are far more beneficial for client growth and healing. The above modalities a...re holistic and consider all aspects of a persons life, going deeper into the space where healing occurs , the heart and soul of an individual. This approach places healing in the clients hands and I, as a therapist guide the process. The empowering aspect of these modalities is the self responsible intention of the client. Taking responsibility for the healing process. I am beginning practice at a newly established centre in Belmont vic Elements Healing and Wellness.
