17.01.2022 So I haven't done any ballooning in quite some time but recently got asked to do something for a friends mum's 80th. The mission was to impress the socks off the fellow bridge club ladies I whipped up the centerpiece, cooked the lightest cake ever and made a flower for each of the attendees. They liked it so much they made me stay for the buffet! Ended up playing some Joplin, Mozart and Chopin in the Casino lobby to wind thing up Safe to say mission accomplished
