20.01.2022 It is with immense pride and sincere pleasure that I share the following compliments regarding Classic Katering’s Assistant Manager Ally Classic Katering catered a 4 Day Positive Education Seminar this week; hosted by Salisbury High School (we catered the event at Holy Family Catholic School, Parafield Gardens last year). Ally managed the service and clean-up for the four day event, tea & coffee on arrival, morning tea, lunch, plus platters for the quiz night on the Wednes...day. Everyone was delighted with the food (no sandwiches and wraps), delicious meals each day, plus a different vegan and vegetarian option each day. My scones were a great hit too. We only had one complaint from one of the gentlemen: a shame I can’t eat like this every day. Feedback: Ally is friendly and extremely helpful; she is professional, diligent and hard working. Her pleasant personality radiated through everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was of the highest quality and presented beautifully. We want Ally back next year for the Seminar and any other catering we book. Salisbury High School looks forward to Classic Katering becoming their preferred caterer. Thank you Ally you have proved beyond a doubt that you enjoy your job and have the right personality for the industry. I cannot thank you enough for your continued commitment and loyalty. I most certainly believe in you - well done xx
