Back half 4 link chassis custom designed in house by us still retaining a near on standard backseat just ...narrowed a bit, connected all the way through to the front, 315x radials, 4.5l whipple blown 434ci dart based ls engine, Reid powerglide, Race products floaters and sheet metal housing, gazzard bros anti roll bar, Afco shocks, fully engineered. 14.01.2022 Today's feature on @N2trux your #classictruck source by @recoveryroom --- The @recoveryroom had the pleasure to collaborate on this #Bumpside #Ford truck with... @bigwilliesgarage Owner Fred and Michelle Bishop from Grand Junction Co. The scheme of this color combo was Red and Silver with a little black. @recoveryroom made the seat from scratch replicating a design theme of early Fords.Thr inserts are shaped in a V cut in center like #1960 ’s Galaxies, with small square perf patterns in leather. The grill insert in seat back resembles the one in galaxies rear seat. The doors are aluminum and plastics, with machine foam. Sticking with early Ford parts a Mustang door pull was installed instead of the factory truck one, Power windows are controlled with the switches we wired and installed in door armrest sections. The console holds the A/C controls and Bluetooth control for stereo, we used @vibrosolutions damper throughout the cab before the Square Weave carpet and pad went down. Very happy with how it came out mixing modern and vintage styles together!. 11.01.2022 The design, engineering and build quality Down Town Kustoms have put into fabricating and building the Platinum Automotive Detailing ‘79 F100 shop truck is next... level. This killa truck is running a Supercharged Ford Miami 5.0-litre backed by a ZF6 Auto, with a Dakota Digital dash providing live telemetry of the vitals while it rolls along nicely on a set Detroit Steel Wheel’s Mobsteel shoes, measuring 20x10 in the rear and 20x8 in the front, and the modified Airide Suspension Supplies airbag kit, that can drop the body and lay the custom DTK chassis on the ground. Giving it that perfect stance. All things going well, you should be able to check the Platinum Detailing rig out in person at MotorEx 2021 at Melbourne in early Feb.

08.01.2022 Jack's HQ one tonner in to finish off his build and tune with Holley EFI's TerminatorX system. Running an LSA/T400/9" combo that Jack fitted and wired up himsel...f he then sent it off to Lundy Race Fab to have a few pieces finished off including the intercooler water tank and breather tank mounted up front and a custom mounted PWR heat exchanger aswell as the 4" intake pipe to the 95mm Holley T/B. From there it came to us for a heap of finishing work including setting up the whole fuel to suit EFI with 2 intank Walbro 460's mounted in the Aeroflow cell. Speedflow Australia 200 series lines amd fittings throughout with a rear mounted Turbosmart fuel reg and Xspurt 1170cc injectors up front which allpws the possibility of E85 in the future. We also plumbed up the intercooler and breather systems with Speedflow 120 series and finished off fitting the Enhanced Automotive cog pulley drive system and lid spacer kit. Finally onto the dyno today for some engine run-in and a full tune. 591rwhp@7200rpm on 12.5psi and 98 pump fuel! #streetbuilt #holleyefi #terminatorX #lundyracefab
