10.01.2022 R U Ok? Day is a reminder to check in with those around you. I think this year has been the hardest for most people. Not feeling like you have the freedom to do what you want, when you want and not being able to see those you love sometimes. For me, not being able to perform my usual self care or do activities I feel reset my mind and soul has been the hardest part. That is what keeps me grounded and gives me the peace and mindfulness to carry on even when things aren’t great.... Remember we don’t know what someone else is going through and we’re all in a bit of jam at the moment but stick together. Stay grateful for what you do have and what puts a smile on your face. If someone you know is struggling, encourage them to talk, to seek help, to meditate, to ask for guidance, to feel and to be hopeful.
