Here we have Andrew our club manager demonstrating glute ham raises/ Nordics.... Bracing hard with your core and glutes slowly descend towards the bench! Make sure to maintain constant tension on your hamstrings and glutes! Keep your upper body in line with your hamstrings Once you've almost kissed the bench drive hard backwards squeezing your hamstrings and glutes!
