22.01.2022 Slop-Sak Clay Recycle Sacks are a bucket liner that can resist mould and rotting. They are made with rounded ends to stop clay going dry and crusty in the corne...rs and designed to take you through the full recycling process without letting crusty bits of clay build up at the edges. or allowing your clay to form a crust. Step 1. line your bucket with Slop-Sak Recycle Sack..best side up...Step 2. use your clay scrap bucket as usual till 7cm from top...Step3. Break up large lumps, if any, and cover with water overnight, twisting the bag closed over the clay..Step 4. Holding the twist of the Sack, pour off excess water from the bucket. Repeat until clay is in soft solid form. At this stage you can put the bag of clay in the sun or on a plaster bat or on a couple of bricks or a slab of concrete.... Anywhere where you can monitor the rate of drying. Step 5. move the bag around. If one side is drying faster than the other flip the bag over or using the twist in the bag, held firmly in your hand, knead the clay a bit.....Step 6 when the clay is firm enough peel the bag back (a bit like peeling a banana) and slice and wedge your clay as normal....Job done! 20.01.2022 If you don't have a good place to dry out your recycle clay try using the stretchy qualities of your recycle sack by patting your clay into a pancake and sitting it on a slotted plastic outdoor chair. It's easier on your back and so easy to flip for drying.

Venco has advised that there is a potential safety issue with the wheels made since May 2015. ...Please check you wheel and notify your supplier immediately if it needs modification. 13.01.2022 As you can see it has taken me a while to get around to recycling this clay and there are little ferns growing out of the recycle sack This doesn’t mean there is a problem! The recycle sack is still strong and will go on for years and as you can see except for a few fern roots that I need to pick out the clay is also just fine Later I will show you something I have made from this batch of recycled clay!
