Looking at these unedited photos, there were some that were confronting, some I looked at my imperfections and criticized (for a second) and others I loved! For instance the photo where I am grabbing my butt and holding on to my celulite ..... Previously I would have never had posted that online because I would have been insecure, afraid of judgement and so self cri...tical. Then I looked at my same butt, in the photo of me doing warrior pose and I look at my butt with pride and see how strong it is!!! Its taken me a very long time to be able to love my body unconditionally!!! To push the negative voices in my head away and listen to my heart!! Would you like to learn how to love yourself?? 08.01.2022 Last night I woke from my sleep and had this instant knowledge of what my body and soul needs the word FLOW came to me I need to be in flow Too often I take on too much or go to hard, too busy then I come to a complete standstill. I get sick or need days off to recover It came to me to be more gentle and consistent move my body, stretch, walk, as well as gym and pole but not all at once. 05.01.2022 My beautiful friend Mandy wanted to share this amazing experience with me today, firstly she wanted to have a spray tan and was feeling very self-conscious about stripping off and getting naked. Now this is something that I’ve done many times before; being in the beauty industry for over 15 years and it’s not something that I take for granted!!! I love that I am able to be apart of the process by encouraging women to strip off, be vulnerable and helping to make them feel rea...lly confident in their skin. Creating a safe space for others is something that comes very naturally to me. So after a few conversations about tanning, being naked and feeling self conscious. I shared my own personal journey with Mandy which helped her realize it’s common fear women have. As you can see by Mandy’s post we actually conquers her fears today and much more!!!! What blew me away and made me so god damn proud was the mini impromptu photo shoot after!! Not only did Mandy walk in announcing she was happy to have a fully naked tan she bought a prop and asked me to take some photos!! Done and done and my total honor Mandy!! Thank-you Mandy for trusting me and letting me be apart of your journey. You really inspire me!!
