20.01.2022 Its back... Our cold smoked garlic supplied by The Original Smoke & Spice Company. This garlic is hand smoked over genuine Manuka wood and bay leaves. The unique smoking process imparts incredible flavour to this wonderful bulb. The oils within the bulb are converted to sugar, making thr garlic not only sweet but mild, nuttey, smokey and infused with Manuka and bay.... Use just like raw garlic. (Personal recommendation; keep the skin on while using for a more intense flavour.) We enjoy it roasted with meats and veggies, stews and soups. How do you enjoy this wonderful flavorsome garlic?
