This is really interesting when we look at relationships because it can open us up to how we are treating ourselves, for example if you keep attracting men or women who keep leaving you, you can look at how you’re not committing to yourself, or if you are attracting people who don’t value you, you can look at where you aren’t valuing yourself. The list goes on and on. ... - However what I want to talk about is ‘suckers’ these are the people in your life that may not necessarily be mirroring you, but they want what you’ve got. - Do you have people in your life who try to sabotage you? Who bring out the worst in you? Who take you away from who you really are? Who are jealous or envious? Who attack, criticise and gossip about you? Who will throw your under the bus at any chance? - If so I open you up to ask ‘is this person mirroring parts of myself I need to heal? Life has been chaotic and some massive childhood traumas have been triggered (I’ll share that another day) on top of that Odessa has had a throat infection, bladder infection and all four molars are making their way through all while Kosta has been on night shifts, meaning I’ve been doing it all on my own. . The reason I want to share this is to let parents know it’s ok for things to get this shit and how I get through it. . So what do I do to rebalance myself . When you’re in the moment. BREEEEATHE. Sometimes that’s all we can do. Long, deep, slow breaths all the way down into your belly and exhale with big loud sighs. The physiological effects this has on the body to produce all the feel good chemicals is profound. . First, I had a holistic treatment with my coach who could hold the space for me to come home. Before ANYTHING changes you just have to clear that looping pattern underneath keeping it in place. . ALLOWANCE. let yourself feel this bad. Beat the shit out of a pillow, cry, tantrum, feel it all. You’ve got to feel it to heal it. . CONNECTION. Personally, I was lacking connection.
