Over the weekend we received notification from the Australian Government and the Australian Dental Association that restrictions have been eased to level 1in Dental practices. This means, working to our "new normal" including extra precautions, that ALL dental treatments are able to done as of today, Monday September 28th 2020... Ronda & Tessa are doing their happy dance... & Why not!? This is such exciting news for us and we can't wait for our practice hours to return to normal and to be able to see all of our wonderful patients again in due course. Keep dancing girls!

Unfortunately Jess our Oral Health Therapist has been un able to see patients for treatment since the end of March this year (with the exception of a brief stint from mid May to early July when restrictions eased off) Jess would usually on average see around 10-12 patients per day.... Here she is working on her admin skills, helping out our front office coordinators rebook patients and brainstorm ideas of how we can manage a catch up post lockdown. 02.01.2022 Guess what!? As of Monday September 28th 2020 the 'emergency/urgent dental care only' restrictions on dental practices will ease. Dropping back to ADA level 2 restrictions. This means that we are able to carry out a variety of different procedures which we have been unable to do throughout level 3 restrictions.... We are still working to strict guidelines and extra measures are in place to ensure staff, patients and the communities safety come above all else. Unfortunately we are still unable to see patients for their general hygiene cleaning visits just yet. Keep an eye out for more announcements.
