21.01.2022 Popping around at Peak head
20.01.2022 Was stoked to get on this tasty little number a few weeks back down at Lights beach Denmark. Been eying it off for a while so it was awesome to figure the moves out and get the with @tuhmaidocherty not sure if its an FA but probably goes at V6 and was super fun!
18.01.2022 Dreaming back to this view last weekend.
17.01.2022 Using @awesomewoodys to warm up out at Mountain Quarry this weekend. Keeps the fingers feeling strong and healthy. Just sling it over a tree. Feeing close but still no send.
16.01.2022 The best thing about being located @adrenalinevaultperth is being able to cuddle this little guy when he is in for the kids climbing class!
14.01.2022 Dreamy day at Bobs :)
10.01.2022 Thanks @babyccino1 for the wicked pics of @rounak_zoeb, @ruari_23 and I having some fun on the Sweet Pea wall out at Mounatin Quarry! Gotta love Fridays in the quarry. That crux on Sweet Pea though.... killing me!! @ Mountain Quarry
08.01.2022 Wood fired pizza and woody antics with friends!! Not many better ways to spend a Sunday arvo I say. This rose move was a little much though @brandon.aroy.
07.01.2022 Perfect weather and conditions at Bobs on the weekend. Stoked to get the send on Revenge of the Luftwaffe. Best knee bar Ive ever found!
04.01.2022 This weekend we hiked out to West Cape Howe in the South West, despite the storm and had some fun getting blown around and clinging on to some damp sea cliffs. Some got splashed by king waves belaying at the bottom and some had their sunglasses blown right off into the deep blue sea. (Need to invest in one of those sunglasses strap thingys). But these are the times that make good stories and have you coming home cold and hungry to slam down a few burgers, a beer and tuck into bed
01.01.2022 Working on the finger strength with @ruari_23 on @beastmakers 2000. Im still not on the small edge yet but getting closer! Max Hangs are an awesome way to build strength through the forearms, finger tendons and pulleys. With small adjustments they are also a great way to prevent finger injuries by getting the fingers used to the massive loads we put through them climbing. Its easy to shy away from finger boarding from fear of injury. If done properly it can significantly help those niggly finger injuries.
