22.01.2022 Last night I visited 5 of our Newcastle sites. I hadn’t been out working on a Friday night for a while. Things have changed within the company and my role has changed. I smile when I remember Friday nights out cleaning alone, pre child, then remember other nights carrying Anna around in a bassinet as I cleaned at various jobs if my friends were to busy to babysit... they’re actually good memories....a special time ... they seem so far back now...it’s like the olden days.... t...hings have changed but special thanks to my family and friends who rolled up their sleeves and came and helped me work, or helped with other things that allowed this business to grow through that stage. Things have changed so much and last night It felt so good to see Clinically Cleans staff, in uniforms, the quality jobs they were doing, how the systems set in place are working and the quality of service we are providing our clients, Especially during these times. I’d like to thank our staff who are out there on the frontline, especially during COVID, I’d like to thank our clients... the Drs, practice owners and the practice managers for engaging us and giving us feedback on our work in the medical suites and specialist rooms we clean. Some things don’t look any different but we’re now using products that can kill covid 19 and other virus’s. Things keep changing to meet the challenges within the industry and it feels good that we are able to meet these challenges. Thank you also to my business partner who worked for me for years before becoming a business partner, you bring a level of organisation not previously seen by my businesses. Thank you to the behind the scenes people... the book keepers, accountants, the people in our supply chain for the products we use and how you help keep us up to date with products to help kill viruses, clean different surfaces, minimise chemical costs etc There are so many now involved. People in small businesses making the world go round.... It’s only times like last night that it hits you just how many small businesses it takes to help other small businesses succeed. I was driving home from Newcastle thinking about it all... and it made me smile..... You’re all a good bunch of people and that makes things better for everyone involved in these hard times. It makes me happy to see how this business has grown over the years.
