25.01.2022 I would like to see more interest in this area from our community, from our activists and advocates. When we see aged care splashed across our screens or papers, we should be thinking these are our people too. Joe Ball CEO Switchboard.

18.01.2022 I want to let you know that from now on Ill be the Commissioner for LGBTIQ+ Communities. Over the next week or so I will be changing my communications, and my ...Facebook page will migrate across to a public page (dont worry, Im bringing you all with me). The key reason for this change, is that Victorians with an intersex variation will be recognised by this title. Intersex advocates told me, during consultations for the Intersex resources project, that living with an intersex variation was not clearly covered under the title of gender and sexuality. I always have been their Commissioner, its just more visible in my new title as Commissioner for LGBTIQ+ Communities. It has been so humbling to work with and champion the interests of our communities over the past five years. Im determined to continue ensuring LGBTIQ+ voices are heard in within our government and across our state, particularly in these challenging times. I look forward to seeing you on my new Facebook page, which will make it easier for me to share updates with you on the great work happening within our LGBTIQ+ communities, and hope youll encourage your mates to check it out too. See more
