18.01.2022 Building Rapport is one of the most important skills we need to learn in the art of closing sales. People buy from people they like and trust.... We like people who are just like us....... People who have similar interests and commonalities.... If you don’t build rapport then you create resistance in the sales process where everything you do is like pushing someone through the call like a bulldozer.... We want to be moving the person where we want and leading the call like a dance push or pull we decide.... When you are not in rapport you notice the person is very skeptical, they don’t give you the full answer, they challenge what you say, the call doesn’t flow, they have a guard up.... If you want to close someone they need to be invested in the call and give you full transparency around their situation..... If you don’t get this makes it very hard to close someone I imagine a time when you have had the best conversation ever and all the words flowed, you didn’t have to think about what you were saying, all the words they said you loved and they made you feel good. They gave you this feeling that you could trust this person with your life.... This is the effect we are trying to create.... First of all by having pure intentions of serving the person from a heart centred place... Then secondly matching and mirroring the everything about this person so you are the same to build instant rapport.... If this isn’t done in your intro call or at the start of the million Dollar Script correctly it is so hard to get the sale and you will be wasting time.... Something to reflect on

Write those down and action them 4. Surrender Letting go of how it’s meant to happen and flowing like the river through the bends until you get what you want This comes with having the inner knowing and trust that everything you want is already done, you are just on the journey to get there 5. Focus and Follow through until Completion Focus on the outcome and end result! Let go of the problem and process. It’s important to stay focused on what you want. Where you place your attention it will grow Be the person who already has the end result you want and follow through with laser beam focus and precision until you get what you want
