19.01.2022 This morning I felt shit Had two workshops to go to today and every single person that I had asked to come along and share this amazing world of essential oil...s with couldn’t make it But you know what?! I learnt so much from Kat today She is a truly amazing person and is an absolute wealth of knowledge. I could pick at her brain all day long. I had the pleasure of meeting some great ladies, sat in the sunshine and played with and learnt more about these beautiful oils and what else they can do for my family. I have to say a massive THANKYOU to my amazing Mark for staying home with the kids today so that I could take this time out I would love to share the information I have with you If you would like to just catch up for a coffee and have me show you some oils. If you would like to get a few friends together and have me come and show you all. 17.01.2022 Just a reminder to clean your diffusers monthly to help them last as long as possible. To do this just place vinegar and water in it and let run for 1/2 an h...our and then wipe out. Use a cotton bud to clean in tight spots. Hint: it pays to do it outside or your house will smell like a fish and chip shop!!!! See more

04.01.2022 I know I’m posting about this stuff a bit, but there’s a reason for that. It is amazing!! I use it everyday as I have 3 prolapsed discs in my lower spine a...nd 3 with degenerative disc disease so I’m in pain quite a lot. But this awesome cream helps me to be able to move.
