23.01.2022 It was a pleasure to introduce the President of the Parramatta Chamber of Commerce to Jodi.

23.01.2022 The Epping Pool Draft Concept Plan is on exhibition for your feedback. These days a public pool has to be more than a lap pool and learn to swim. Families want fun, safe water play for their kids as well as facilities that cater for people of all abilities. The concept has been tweaked from the previous design & includes a lift, a 50m pool & 25m covered pool. But, the cost has increased resulting in the removal of the kids' splash play area for now. ...This is disappointing but City of Parramatta says it will continue to investigate additional funding sources. Parra News covers the story here http://bitly.ws/aE3D To see more details and provide your feedback or to attend the Virtual Q&A at 6pm on Wednesday 25 November go to - https://participate.cityofparramatta.nsw.gov.au/dencepark

18.01.2022 November has been a crazy month but I’m finally posting my abridged version of the Council Meeting of 9 November - Rescission Motion: Tree Canopy in Parramatta CBD motion by Clr Pandey was supported at the 26/10 meeting with my amendments seeking a further report into additional tree management issues across the LGA. If you have any information about this or other local vandalism please - Post a message SMS 0447 745 402 or Email [email protected]

Between home renos and some trades people cutting corners, asbestos is not always handled and removed safely. 14.01.2022 Thanks to the advocacy of Cumberland City Council’s Clr Lisa Lake, and the vocal community campaign that saved Wentworthville Pool, Wenty is about to celebrate the opening of new swimming facilities. We are slowly edging closer to a similar achievement in Epping thanks to the determination of local residents and the Save Epping Pool campaign. First step was keeping the pool open Next is a new facility. None of us expected it to take quite this long but we’ll get there in th...e end.
