23.01.2022 I guess its a pretty good indicator that you are doing something right when you take 4 bookings in a week and 3 of those 4 are return guests...............................then you look at your calendar and of the 8 1/2 weeks we have had this year 4 of those weeks have been filled by return guests or referrals from past guests. 10.01.2022 The Beautiful Puppies and Pancakes is here to help and has about a 6 to 8 week opening for travelers that have been displaced and are traveling with a dog. (especially if traveling with a caravan we can help you we have room for you to store it in the driveway) For our regulars guests you know how special this home is. We are not open for holiday makers at this time however we are able to provide emergency accommodation to displaced travelers. Available from Thursday 9th Apri...l 2020 until the 1st June 2020 for essential accommodation to help a displaced family traveling and may have been caught out while in Australia or traveling with Caravan or boat with Van parks now closed we can help you. Short term accommodation available for someone who is currently traveling with a their fur baby, caravan or boat. With Caravan Parks closing and difficult for people to return to home states our property may suit you 2 bed 1.5 bath. Large fenced yard for your dog. I have received so many calls this week from guests and friends looking for self isolation accommodation for family returning from overseas or people looking for accommodation as they cannot return to their homes either overseas or within Australia. ... Mark and I have a large network of friends that own or operate Short Term accommodation so please reach out to us if you think we can help. We will do what we can to connect you with the right people. We have even helped those looking for short term rentals that are health care workers and feel they do not want to return home at night as they feel they could be at risk to family. We are all in this together we will all get through it. 05.01.2022 A massive and heartfelt Thank You to all the firefighters and emergency services both on the ground and in the air that helped save our beautiful holiday home over the past week from out of control bush fires. Evacuated on Monday and welcoming guests today because of their incredible efforts and skills. We are forever grateful as looking on the ground last night we could see how close the fire got to the beautiful bush-land behind us. ... 05.01.2022 A mixed week of emotions, saying welcome back and goodbye to two return guests. They were our third ever booking they live in the USA and we have stayed friends it was so good to see them. As it is when we see any return guests. We have so many return guests it’s fantastic to know how loved our homes are. I love that I can talk to Mark about the booking calendar and just mention guests by their first name and he also know who you are. You are all very special to us. The tou...gh part of this week is the fires on the coast. Sending love and gratitude once again to our incredible emergency services, especially the fire fighters that continue to do an incredible job. So many fires and my prayers are with all those in effected areas. We know how it feels to have your home in the line of fire with our beach home been under evacuation orders twice in the last few months My heart brakes for our beautiful bushland and the animals that live there. Special prayers for you. We need rain and ask for it to come. Stay safe everyone

03.01.2022 Please share if you know anyone looking for a small one bed fully furnished granny flat with utilities and WiFi included for "mid term accommodation" say a 2 to 4 month lease or could negotiate to longer. We have just helped out a lovely gentleman transition between houses and would love to help someone else now. With borders closed we are still not able to welcome back out regular guests that come from far and wide all over not only the country but the world.
