This mornings bootcamp session was at Collaroy beach and split into 2 parts: Resistance Training with Dumbbells - 4 sets 1. Push up x 16 2. Dumbbell squats x 16... 3. One arm rows x 8 each side 4. Lateral lunges x 8 each side 5. Standing cycle crunches x 30 HIIT - 15 sec rotations 30 sec rest for 7 sets 1. Bicycle kicks 2. Push ups 3. Mountain climbers 4. Pulse squats 5. Athletic burpees 6.
