18.01.2022 We had a little helper on the weekend installing the timber floating floor. I think she’s happy with the progress

17.01.2022 The frame and ceiling joists went up for a toilet and kitchenette at East Coast Car Rentals/Lewis Marine today ready for electrical and plumbing rough in this week.

09.01.2022 Kitchen and master bedroom feature walls out of tas oak ship lap cladding getting finished up over the weekend. We will also be building a floating bed on the sub frame. Can’t wait to reveal the finished product !

09.01.2022 Finally our monster slab prep at Coventry rise is complete after some lengthy delays on materials coming from Melbourne. This has quite a few components involved with a slab on ground moving onto a suspended slab with polished concrete throughout. We have set up rebates to allow a flush finish from carpet to polished concrete in bedrooms and the office
