25.01.2022 As 2019 draws to a close I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a happy and safe Christmas and New Year A big thank you to each and every one of you that has supported CMC over the past year, it means a lot to me that people respect my business and entrust me with their bikes, believe me when I say it is very much appreciated I look forward to 2020 and being able to expand and offer more services to everyone, but more about that soon. Craig

25.01.2022 Check out this Cool little Honda Z50 project from James Ross that CMC was involved with. We reconditioned the engine, and Cerakoted the clutch cover, we then powder coated the frame in the period correct colour. How many of you have great memories of riding these little Hondas as kids? Remember we are not just a repair shop we also are involved in the coolest builds around. Got a project in mind, shoot me a message or pop in for a chat, I’ll be more than hap...py to help out. Craig

24.01.2022 Lots of customers have been working on their project bikes lately, this could be the perfect time to complete your bike, or even just get the ball rolling on that build. Cerakote is a durable ceramic coating that not only looks cool but will stop alloy from oxidising and keep your bike looking mint. Powder coating now has so many new and existing colours, gone are the old boring colours of the past.... Got a build in mind, not sure where to start, I’ll be more than happy to help get your build started or completed, to the standard you are looking for. Contact me for a your coating needs, or even just advice, I’ll be happy to help. Craig

23.01.2022 Hi everyone, I hope you all are keeping well in these troubled times, I want to give all my customers an update on where CMC stands with Covid 19. At this stage we are still trading as normal, there has been some talk about the units going into lockdown as a duty of care by the owner, fingers crossed this doesn’t happen. Most of my suppliers are still trading but that could change on a daily bases, with people being put onto rosters and being told to stay home.... These are worrisome times for everyone and I hope my customers will not affected by changes place on CMC by the Government, if you have any concerns with a job that is in my workshop please call so we can talk about the best possible outcome. I hope everyone stays safe and you are following all rules that have been put in place for everyone’s safety, remember wash those hands and avoid unnecessary contact with people. Craig

23.01.2022 Super stocked to do some work with D'Arcy Morris the other day and help add to what is already a standout looking bike Blasting and Cerakoteing the FMX lever mounts and fuel cap black as well as bluing up the expansion chamber before adding a clear coat of cerakote to avoid rusting and keep a brand new look to it. I can't wait to see what else is to come If you've been thinking of getting some work done or getting your bike back up and running now is the PERFECT time to ...do it, so it's ready to race when the tracks are back open From simple services to full engine rebuilds or even making your bike stand out from the rest, it can all be done in house at CMC. Cheers, Craig. See more

22.01.2022 Been super busy lately here at CMC, always something coming through the shop to keep me occupied, lately lots of Cerakote has been passing through the doors and the results speak for themselves Remember Cerakote is a relatively cheap way to make your parts look better than new, it’s great for guys doing resto bikes as we can use the original parts, blast and coat and the results are amazing As always if you need anything done to your off road bike contact me for pricing.

20.01.2022 When the COVID hit a few months ago, I thought I would struggle to survive, with tracks closed, I was sure people would leave their bikes locked in the shed Well...it was exactly the opposite, I was totally smashed with work, which was great, with people supporting my business, and CMC gaining some traction, happy days At times it was overwhelming, some jobs taking longer than the promised due by date, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for your understand...ing, I still have a couple of jobs to catch up on but I’m getting it all under control, I 100% appreciate all my customers for their patience. Also a big shoutout to my friends that have come through to lend a hand, it has been greatly appreciated As always if you need any work done, don’t hesitate to contact me. Craig

20.01.2022 Quality means doing it right when no one is looking. Henry Ford A customer bought his KX250F into CMC411 saying he just had a new piston fitted and the bike was getting hard to start. I checked valve clearances and every valve was tight, I discovered the air filter was bone dry. I removed the head to reveal a very used piston in the bore, no new piston had been fitted and all valves were damaged, the customer told me the mechanic had said never oil the air filter ... When I do a repair I return the old parts so you can see what has been replaced, there is no smoke and mirrors at 411, just honest service, something which these days appears hard to find. I only work on dirt bikes, so I full understand the problems they have and what repair is needed to get you back onto the dirt and at affordable prices. If you have a bike sitting there that needs repairing, contact me for pricing. Craig

17.01.2022 Hey everyone, as I'm sure you all know I will have to shut up shop for the next 6 days due to covid lockdown restrictions. I appreciate everyone's understanding and support during these very interesting and unusual times. We're all in this together, let's be smart and get this gone so we can be back out ripping it up in no time

11.01.2022 Hate to see this happen. Keep an eye out for these and if you hear or see anything get in contact with either myself or Todd ASAP.

11.01.2022 Great shot of what it takes to muscle around a bike, there's a bit more than just "sitting down and twisting the throttle"

11.01.2022 Motorcross has always been a big part of my life, from when I first saw a Deltek mini bike in Mainstyle at Marion shopping centre, to making repairing and building Motocross bikes my full time job, and I couldn’t agree with the statement below anymore. One of my friends asked "Why do you pay so much money for your kids to ride dirt bikes? Well I have a confession to make; I don't pay for my kids to go dirt bike riding. So, if I am not paying for dirt bike riding, what... am I paying for? - I pay for those moments when my kids become so tired they want to quit but don't. - I pay for those days when my kids come home from school and are "too tired" to go to the shed and wash their bikes but go anyway. - I pay for my kids to learn to be disciplined, focused and dedicated. - I pay for my kids to learn to take care of their body and equipment. - I pay for my kids to learn to work with others and to be good team mates, gracious in defeat and humble in success. - I pay for my kids to learn to deal with disappointment, when they don't get that placing or title they'd hoped for, but still they go back week after week giving it their best shot. - I pay for my kids to learn to make and accomplish goals. - I pay for my kids to respect, not only themselves, but other riders, officials and coaches. - I pay for my kids to learn that it takes hours and hours, years and years of hard work and practice to create a champion and that success does not happen overnight. - I pay for my kids to be proud of small achievements, and to work towards long term goals. - I pay for the opportunity my kids have and will have to make life-long friendships, create lifelong memories, to be as proud of their achievements as I am. - I pay so that my kids can be out on the track instead of in front of a screen... ...I could go on but, to be short, I don't pay for dirt bike riding; I pay for the opportunities that dirt bike riding provides my kids with to develop attributes that will serve them well throughout their lives and give them the opportunity to bless the lives of others. From what I have seen so far I think it is a great investment!

09.01.2022 Busy start to 2020 with lots coming into CMC even with all this hot weather. Remember we don’t just build cool bikes and apply wicked coatings, we also carry out any repairs to your off road bike Need a repair contact us today for a quote. Craig

09.01.2022 You have to be patient, trust the team, that they can deliver a good job Max Verstappen. That’s just what Eric Reiss did, he bought up a box filled with BRC Racing motor parts and a KTM 250sx donor bike to CMC and said, I want it to look good and go fast Today Eric came to CMC and we kicked into life his dream bike, a BRC 500 in a KTM frame, he was lost for words at seeing his bike together and running for the first time.... There are still a few small details to finish of before it hits the track, but one tip, don’t be behind it, the roost is going to hurt. A big thanks to Eric for trusting me to do the build and I think you would agree it’s one bloody nice bike As always if you have a bike that needs a complete rebuild or just some TLC, contact me and I’ll be happy to help. Craig

09.01.2022 Absolutely lost for words. So glad I was able to have met you and had the chance to work with you to create some truly memorable moments mate, I'll never forget any of it. Sending love to the Walmsley family and friends at such a hard time.

08.01.2022 Lots of wheel packages being done over the last few weeks, regardless if it’s powder coat or cerakote, the results are outstanding. The pictures don’t do justice to the colours, if you would like to see the colours, I have samples at my workshop call past for a look CMC is now able to accept payment by card, long over due I know, but will make transactions so much easier now... Craig

08.01.2022 Hi Everyone, On Friday night i had a crash on my MTB, breaking a few bones ,while i'm ok i will need some time away from my workshop to recover. 03.01.2022 Things are full steam ahead at CMC411 still lots of project builds coming in, and lots of people taking advantage of this time to repair their bikes ready for when the tracks reopen Remember I don’t just build the coolest bikes around, I can also supply all hard parts such as, pistons, chains and sprockets, linkage bearings, just to name a few items, all top brands at great prices. For this month to assist my customers, buy any chain and sprocket combo and I’ll fit them ...for FREE, call or message for pricing. I also have a new delivery of Cerakote, which I use on all my builds, it’s become a very popular way to trick up any bike to give it that Factory look. As always, if you have a project or repair in mind, let CMC411 help you make it become a reality. Craig

02.01.2022 Every now and then something special comes into CMC, and this is SPECIAL It’s a BRC 500cc power valve engine complete with balance shaft, and claims to produce around 70hp, it comes as a complete new motor only requiring the transmission from a donor bike. Only a couple in Australia so far and this one is going to be coated in black and bronze cerakote, with the bike getting a white frame. Super exited to get this one under way, will keep everyone updated on the progress ... Craig

02.01.2022 Hi everybody, I would personally like to thank EVERYONE for all your well wishes after my accident, especially to everyone that offered to help me at 411 while I was out of action, it was greatly appreciated. I have been advised still no lifting for another week, so I will be back at 411 on the 12th of this month, for light duties ... Thank you to everyone for your understanding, it honestly means a lot to me. I look forward to catching up with everyone soon Craig
