23.01.2022 This Patrol has a 302 Windsor buried in the engine bay, run via a Haltech Sprint 500 ECU. Pretty average initial run with 93.8kw. Mixtures were as low as 0.75 lambda and the base timing was actually 10 degrees out. After re-tuning the 5lt though we saw a peak of 111.3kw with a gain of 40kw in the top end! Factory RD28 airbox & intake choking up the already asthmatic V8, removing the airbox lid gave a 10kw gain in itself. 22.01.2022 This EK is back, and this time with BOOST. Stock B16A on 13psi of boost saw 184.5kw with the help of an AEM Water Methanol setup on 60:40 Meth/Water mix, and a touch of VPRacing M2 Candy to make the car smell like a Lolly Shop! 19.01.2022 Results for yesterdays JZX100 on the dyno, the Kurts jz customs"" manifold swap allowed us to increase the boost further in the low end, something which had net very little gains on the previous tune (with stock manifold).

19.01.2022 Doing the best we can to remove the horrible low end response from these model Tritons, more so on the automatic version. No modifications to this one, just a custom flash tune. 18.01.2022 Jacobs GQ didnt last too long naturally aspirated before he strapped a hairdryer to the side of the old TB42! High mount T3/T4, 440cc injectors, FPR800 reg, External Gate, Walbro Pump, FMIC, 3" exhaust, Big airbox & 4" snorkel. Tuned via the Nistune Developments board, 10psi of boost saw 151rwkw and a fat 410nm of torque through the 35" tyres. Motor is completely stock, and the response on the street is instant. 13.01.2022 A lot of people passing by asked "why bother?" Well this is why. 1.6lt TDI +25kw with power going from 60kw to 85kw +80nm of torque straight off the line at 1400rpm... 13.01.2022 Happy new year to all of our followers! We are back in the Workshop next Monday, so lets get back into posting some tunes with a few left over from last year. We ran this TB48 GU straight up on the dyno making 118.5kw in completely stock form. The factory exhaust system (this is the one with 4 o2 sensors and 3 cats) was binned and replaced with a set of Extractors, High flow cat & 2.5" exhaust and then the car went back on the dyno for a custom Remap of the factory ECU. ... The result was 147kw @ the wheels, a huge 28kw gain over stock, not bad for an otherwise factory Auto Patrol. #Nissan #Patrol #TB48 #GU #Remap #Y61

11.01.2022 The memories have come flooding back with an almost exact copy of my old red ET pulsar on the dyno. E15ET, T28 turbo, RX7 Injectors, FMIC & Microtech LT-8 w/ coilpacks. First visit so a full retune and 13psi left us with 118kw @ wheels. Would have continued to screw the boost up although clutch issues and a stock dump pipe wasnt helping the cause. 10.01.2022 Not sure what was cooler.. the LS1 swap, the 37" tyres or the Red Winch with its 120mm2 cabling that has more power than some 4cyl petrol engines? Just a stock manual LS1 with the usual exhaust / intake for the conversion. The Patrol arrived making only 126kw although after a tune we managed 151kw through those huge wheels. 10.01.2022 Check out this awesome SS Commodore with a 355 stroker and Harrop blower! Everybodys had a go at tuning it, but how about we get it right for the customer.. Running a Wolf V500 ecu and turbo 700 trans it lays down flat 650nm torque curve even without full throttle in the low end due to wheel spin (yeah, i hear you Hub Dyno operators) I have been tuning the Wolf ECUs for a good 13 years now so it was no surprise to find a lot of the drive ability side of the tune wrong, or ...just zerod out. 03.01.2022 Very clean Evo 5 getting a retune on the factory ECU. Utilising the CeddyMod Rom we were able to configure a bunch more features including launch control, and a 3 port boost controller on the stock ECU. Already with some basic bolt-ons including an HKS Intake, Ti Exhaust and Turbosmart BOV to help with the power increase. Final power output was 189awkw on 18psi with the stock turbo. An Evo 9 turbo looks to be on the cards and to do something with the ECU either aftermarket or even a later Evo to remove some tuning limitations. #Mitsubishi #Evo #EvoX #4G63 #CeddyMod #Evolution #AWD
