25.01.2022 SWIPE FOR CONFIDENCE Madeline was studying, working part time and she’s a mum She suffered from chronic bloating and felt tired despite eating healthy and exercising ... She trained at F45 but knew her results were unsustainable... It was time to make a change so she could support her health during this busy time of her life! First we got her eating MORE nutritious food and removing anything inflammatory Immediately her energy levels were boosted! Then we made an action plan to reduce and resolve her bloating permanently Plus workout programs that were tailored to her physique (building toning in the right places!) 21.01.2022 LIFE IS TOO SHORT FOR WORKOUTS THAT YOU HATE You don’t need to push yourself to breaking point to be fit In fact that’s a very slow way to train...... Women doing hours and hours of boring cardio on the treadmill Or slamming their bodies with a HIIT workout Both of these training styles have major risks when done incorrectly Running for hours with no strength training can put your joints at risk (goodbye knees and ankles) Using HIIT as your only form of exercise is a fast way to destroy your ligaments and tendons The people I see doing these types of training are mistaken to think it achieves fat loss Of course it will burn some fat- but if you want to look toned then you need some muscles underneath! Working out should be fun and make you feel GOOD! I know because I used to do HIIT workouts every day... I would always finish feeling hollow and weak I have worked with some of the best Coaches in Melbourne and ALL of them advocate strength training The beauty of strength training is that it comes in so many different forms (you can use weights or body weight) And it will completely accelerate your results (and your capabilities for cardio and HIIT training!) 13.01.2022 STOP WASTING TIME How many times have you walked into the gym keen to workout...but then realised you don’t know what to do? How many times have you prepared a healthy meal...but then questioned if it was actually good for you?... How many times have you sat down to journal...and then had nothing to write? Stop wasting your own time. It’s GREAT that you’re making an effort to care for yourself But if you have no idea what you’re doing then your energy is wasted... And it’s OK if you aren’t sure of what to eat or how to train- you can’t be expected to know EVERYTHING (Just because I know how to build bodies doesn’t mean I know how to build houses!) So save yourself TIME and MONEY by getting some help Because being healthy is SIMPLE once you know how Gain clarity on what food you need to function optimally Stop food guilt Watch body fat shed with a FUN workout plan Ditch endless cardio Step into the strong and sexy woman you were meant to be! 12.01.2022 A lot can change in 4 weeks! This client had always been healthy She loved her veg and hitting the gym and rarely indulged in treats ... So why didn’t she feel fitter? Its an issue I see time and time again - inflammation! This can be caused by many things- being highly stressed, exposed to the wrong foods, fatigue, alcohol... The immune system is forced into high alert and the digestive system is de-regulated The body becomes highly reactive. Food and water aren’t absorbed properly, and the body is easily irritated This can lead to a ‘puffy’ or ‘soft’ appearance **EVERYONE gets inflamed sometimes. It’s only an issue if it’s constant** To restore balance (and to look lean and strong) we need to get the body into a healing state Eat the right foods, get enough sleep, learn about your triggers, stress reduction and building a positive mindset are just a few Combine these skills and you’ll be shocked at how quickly your body can change If you limit your skills to nutrition but don’t focus on mindset, you’ll be stuck with inflammation for a longggggg time Want to know more?
