25.01.2022 TAKE YOUR PICK! I am all about eating more food I am a big foodie and if I can eat more for less I’m always going to do it especially if it still tastes just as good! I am a big gourmet pizza fan and I’m not the biggest fan of greasy Domino’s pizza so I absolutely love making home-made pizzas in my air fryer! ... I could have probably six mini pizzas for the same calories as only three slices of Domino’s pepperoni pizza! This is where a lot of people go wrong they think they have to restrict themselves from all the delicious foods that the world has to offer but the thing is it’s just knowing how to swap things to make it more calorie friendly! Majority of people are low in protein so making your own homemade pizzas allows you choose how much protein is in your pizzas! STOP RESTRICTING! ENJOY YOUR FOOD AND BE CREATIVE!



25.01.2022 HOW TO STOP MINDLESSLY EATING! Do you ever catch yourself sitting next to a bag of empty packets or standing in front of the fridge or the cupboard just munching away on a some crackers, lollies, chocolate, biscuits without even being aware of it? Before you even realise you have demolished a whole bag of pretzels and half a jar of nutella! ... If this is something that you often catch yourself doing - its time to take a look at the bigger picture. I have a few tips to help you take control of your eating habits and stop mindlessly eating and start eating to fuel your body rather than your emotions: Become aware of what is causing you to eat. Your body is smart and will find a way to cope with stresses on the body. - Do you eat when your sad or when you have had a bad day? - Do you eat when you feel in over your head at home or at work? - Do you eat when you've had a tiff with someone? - Do you eat when you feel overwhelmed? Once you become aware of whats causing this mindless eating saga, then you can begin to face it! Before heading to the kitchen ask yourself "AM I HUNGRY OR AM I JUST EATING FOR THE SAKE OF IT" "HAS SOMETHING or SOMEONE CAUSED ME TO WANT TO EAT" "AM I STRESS EATING" "AM I EMOTIONAL EATING" "AM I BORED" If you answered yes to any of those questions, it's time to take a break from what you're doing and understand what's going on in your head. Go for a walk and get some fresh air and talk to yourself. Sometimes we understand what thoughts are racing in our subconscious to face an issue. If you are hungry, it's time to eat mindfully, make a nutritious meal without picking at it and sit down with no distractions and enjoy the meal. Eat slowly and mindfully, enjoy every bite rather than inhaling it. Be sure to have a glass of water before and after your meal to help digestion as well as stop you from going back to find more food. This often happens if you have eaten too fast and you haven't digested your food yet and you think you're still hungry. If you are feeling stress or emotional and great way to truely understand yourself and relieve the stress is to put pen to paper and understand why this is affecting you. From there you can learn to take control of your thoughts and emotions and reduce your stress and anxiety. You need to start to enjoy your meals by eating slowly and mindfully to allow for good digestion, nutrient absorption and for it to satisfy you Tag a friend who might need to hear this

20.01.2022 WOW WOW WOW! Can I just say I am super proud of this woman! She is a freaking work horse! Tania came to me wanting to increase her strength because she has a surgery coming up and she wanted to get strong to be able to recover well from her surgery... Tania has scoliosis and when she was young had metal rods inserted to assist with stabilising her curve. Years later, an accident left her with broken rods. She has since been suffering for four years with the pain. She now is no longer in pain when she trains yet she feels stronger than ever after her accident. Not only has she increase strength significantly over the past 9 weeks but she has also improved her posture, her mental state and decreased her body fat whilst increasing muscle mass I am so proud of how far this girl has come in only 9 weeks and I’m super excited for the next chapter of her journey This beautiful girl is an inspiration to everyone to prove that anyone can achieve anything if they just sent their mind to it
