25.01.2022 Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment. When we are caught up in the self-talk of our mind, we miss the sights, sounds and sensations of what is currently happening around us, or the task we are undertaking. We can’t stop our thoughts but we can learn to observe them as we become aware that we have lost touch with the present moment. We can gently say to ourselves There you are mind and see our thoughts for what they are just words, images and sensations passing th...ough the mind sometimes important but mostly not. We only need to take notice when they are important Our mind will trick us into thinking, that what happened previously or what may happen later, is more important than what is happening right now. This is where our stress comes from. When we remain focused on the present moment, there is much less stress or worry. By being mindful we can fully appreciate every experience, and not feel trapped by the non-existent fears and illusions of the mind. A new sense of peace and satisfaction with life is then found. Then we are free to live a life more in the present enjoying greater peace, less stress and clearer direction. Mindfulness is especially important now as the world experiences intense change. 22.01.2022 I have found over many years that there is often is a gap between what we plan or hope for in our lives and the reality we're faced with - a so called "reality" gap.We can Imagine how our life could be but somehow what is happening in our life isn't what we know it could be .So there is a gap between how our life could be and how it is now. Coaching a way to minimise that gap . I offer sessions either face to face or via Skype or Zoom

09.01.2022 I came with no expectation of Piers mentoring as I never have done a coaching session before. He gently made me aware of my inner critic voice and embed habits that were blocking many wonderful possibilities for my work and personal life. I was open hearted to his approach and in less than one month, he changed my life directing me to a path of a self awareness and acceptance, new values and goals. I have now my daily routine filled by my priorities, and feel much more confident and guilt-free to deal with my life stressors and challenges.
