11.01.2022 When working with goalkeepers, try to improve their agility, movement, coordination, reaction time, and decision making. These 5 aspects are all super important... for being an elite goalkeeper. Since many of these aspects are connected with each-other, we like to work on several aspects at the same time. Here is an example (Thibaut Courtois from Chelsea Football Club) for a drill that combines work on coordination, reaction time, and decision making. The white balls should be caught and put inside of the right hand side bucket, and the yellow ones to the left one. Young goalkeepers, we dare you to try this at home :)
