22.01.2022 Why I Train One of the big reasons I train is to experiment with new and weird training concepts. I cannot fathom why someone doesn’t nor would never employ them. The best research you can do is on your own training. It doesn’t matter if you make mistakes, even know making mistakes is the key to your future success. ... The best way to try new things for me is at the end of your movement prep before your main training starts, pick 1-2 things and discover the why or why not. Training is a way to develop your abilities as a coach, it is your science experiment in action.
