22.01.2022 This stunning Victorian home had a bit of a make-over inside and out the back, whilst still keeping its charm. The owners needed more space so we crafted a two storey addition which meant a new kitchen, dining, master suite with ensuite and a separate living area, we also added in a new laundry on the lower floor along with a new carport! If that doesnt knock your socks off, the lower floor has hydronic heating running through the polished concrete and radiators to the other new and existing rooms. Summary... This was a total refresh and replacement throughout. Best of all the owners LOVED it!! #winning

07.01.2022 Bathroom inspo! Concrete is the material of choice for many ultra-modern homes and extensions, and bathrooms are the latest areas of the house to get the concrete treatment. We love the contrast in materials and textures and adding a timber element to this design would work nicely in our coastal and custom designed homes!

06.01.2022 When designing this home, the layout was very important to maximise space as much as we could. This is the heart of the home where the main areas are all together yet separated. Think about how you would use your home to function - decide whether a dining or living is better suited in front of the kitchen. Here, we chose to align the dining with the alfresco for entertaining and have the living area look out into the backyard and take advantage of all that stunning natural light.
