15.01.2022 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS: Due to the larger than normal number of models being released lately (Cars, Trucks, Machinery & imported items) and Following my closure for Christmas holidays, I returned to work this week to find a VERY LARGE number of orders to be packed and processed and over 100 messages to be read and replied to. (and new messages are coming in too). I'm trying to balance spending time getting orders processed and spending time answering messages but i...t is and will take me some time to catch up again. I am trying to reply to messages in order from oldest (bottom of list) to newest (top of list). Each time a person writes messages chasing a reply to their original message or asking another question, their message is then classed as a new message and they are moved back up the list to be the newest message. This only causes a further delay in me getting to their message as they have lost their spot in the line. 08.01.2022 UPDATE: 1:18 Scale 2019 Bathurst Winner Model. We were expecting to see this model released this month but, unfortunately, Authentic Collectables has advised me that there have been some slight delays. The model is now expected to leave the factory in November and arrive in their WA warehouse either late November or early December.... Realistically, by the time the models are processed, despatched and transit from WA to Qld, I'm guessing that they won't arrive into stock until early-mid December. All things going well, everyone will have their orders well before Christmas. I understand that it has been a long wait for some customers but, this is just another in a ling list of delay that have been experienced due to Covid-19.
