22.01.2022 We have done some interesting property care jobs recently. This was one of the more challenging ones. "Can you whippersnip this?"... Yep no drama. Sharron was having difficulty getting anyone to do the work. It's actually steeper than it looks in the pics! Beautiful property.

20.01.2022 A couple of before & after shots from a recent job. And yes that's gaffer tape & cardboard holding the a/con unit in!! Now it's actually screwed down, fitted with paneling & weather sealed. The hole in gyprock looks about size 9 workboot.

17.01.2022 Pulled on my superman suit to do a job the other day, not the best fit. Ok it was a protective suit, & no you do not want to know what was in the freezer or the plastic bag. The other pics are the same joint before & after the repairs & clean. Never a dull moment.

13.01.2022 Such a pleasure to work in beautiful places & such a privilege. Finished concrete sometimes needs a little care. This came up a treat. Bathroom looks smashing!

11.01.2022 Here's a before & after of a garden we recently did. A food garden, so no herbicides, all hand weeded. After shot shows coconut matting to hold moisture & reduce weeds.

10.01.2022 Just two pics from an extensive garden makeover which started out as a "new buyer" clean. It evolved into a full 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, twin level clean including pre-painting wall & ceiling wash. Then there was the yard!
