13.01.2022 Coast Guard Training in Search and Rescue (SAR)

11.01.2022 Activation Report: On Monday 13th July around 12.00pm we received a call from the skipper of a power boat that was experiencing gearbox issues and required assistance. Our crew launched Bluefin Sports Rescue (Skipper Alex and crew of Brian and Stan) and located the vessel upstream of Nerimbera.... The vessel was taken under tow and returned to the Quay Street ramp.

06.01.2022 This morning we went on a little road trip to Gladstone to take part in some vital search and rescue training with other Coast Guard, VMR flotillas and Gladstone Water Police. A great day and some valuable training.
