22.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT A Watch and Act Notice has been issued by Emergency Services for the Oxenford, Hope Island and Helensvale suburbs. There is concern for flooding which may occur near the Coomera River and Saltwater Creek area. We have already seen many roads blocked by localised flooding today. Rest assured our team has been closely monitoring and reviewing the situation and are contacting passengers who may be affected as changes develop. 21.01.2022 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS In response to the COVID-19 health risks now prevalent in Australia, Coast Tours and Transfers has reviewed all processes to co-ordinate and minimise the impact to our passengers, to accommodate changes in travel plans as well as reducing the risk of exposure to passengers and staff. Based on health advice available, Coast Tours and Transfers have implemented additional measures to safeguard our passengers and staff. ... Hand sanitiser is made available for passengers and drivers in every vehicle. Vehicle interior surfaces are being treated with a disinfectant solution between every transfer. Fabric surfaces are being treated with a disinfectant solution between every transfer. Protective medical equipment has been made available to drivers (ie; masks, gloves etc); the use of equipment provided is optional and at the drivers discretion. Passengers: If you are required to self-isolate, if you are unwell or unable to travel, or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, please notify our team as soon as possible. We will work with you to ensure the best course of action. We understand there may be changes required to be made in passengers travel plans as the situation changes. Sometimes passengers may have disabilities or need to transport with mobility aids or require assistance with luggage or simply need assistance entering/exiting vehicles. The answer is a BIG YES! And we are more than happy to help. We carry step stools, our drivers will assist with transporting your luggage to our vehicles, we will safely transport your aids and equipment - there's no ne...ed to lift a finger.. let us do that for you. AND we don't charge any extra for this service including transport of mobility aids or equipment! So please, if you need help with anything, don't be shy to ask.
