We've covered this nice piece of fresh salmon in Phils Gourmet spicy Fish seasoning and cooked it up in a hot frypan, it came up a real treat with the family making it disappear pretty darn quick. 21.01.2022 Hamburgers or hotdog anyone? You'll need some onions with that! Bourbon onions would be the pick and Patience is the key to great onions. Heat olive oil in a pan, then add butter and let brown slightly. Add onions and stir for 2 minutes, then add sugar and salt. Sir well and continue cooking for at least 10 minutes or until onions are slightly brown, add a nip of bourbon or and keep cooking for another 5 minutes. (1tbsp oil/1 tbsp butter/1 onion/1tsp sugar, salt to taste)... TIP - by cooking the onions slowly it releases the natural sugars and limit stirring to help onions go nice and brown.
