23.01.2022 Lately I've been trying to stick to a health plan to heal my body and get back to optimum health and energy but most of all I crave a clear thinking mind without the foggy mornings. Ive noticed how well my body runs on the plan, how fantastic I feel, and then I slip off track. 21.01.2022 It's pretty concerning that there are so many young people growing up feeling worth less because for whatever reason, one of their parents is absent from their lives, I've seen the damage first hand and now I'm seeing it repeatedly in my clinic. It might be time to make the conscious effort to instill the belief into our children that they are enough and that the absence of a parent is no way a reflection of their worth.

21.01.2022 Last weekend my 20 year old son had a terrible car accident, the kind that a few cm over and he may well be dead. He walked out of it after rolling a couple of times, he suffered mostly muscular pain, bruising, and the trauma of what might have been, he didn't think he would ever drive again, and that news kinda made me happy, but I knew it wasn't going to be logical in this world, not when you work as a delivery driver so I gave him some kinesiology, I've done quite a few... car accident sessions, with people being too afraid to go over 40km per hr after having accidents and they have had amazingly effective outcomes with kinesiology. My son has always been a fantastic receiver of kinesiology, with noticeable lasting changes after each session. This session was no different, he got off the table clear headed, his body was more relaxed and everyday began to feel less and less pain, and he is going back to work on monday to drive his van. He realizes the accident was a big wake up call that he needs to slow down, and I think he really gets it. 18.01.2022 I spent a good 5 years studying kinesiology, practicing hard to gain the confidence to practice on people. Please if you are going to learn how to become a kinesiologist, I encourage you, but also suggest you learn from someone who at least took the time to finish the 1st year that is all.

18.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago, I found out that one of my older neighbors was still suffering a heavy grief after losing his wife to a long illness 7 years ago, he was her carer throughout her illness, I talked to him about kinesiology and how it might help him, he booked in. I saw him this morning about a week and a half after his session, he said he feels great and booked his next session. He also said he had contracted a terrible head cold in the last few days, so I gave him a shot of theives oil, which worked its instant magic. I think he now believes in magic, I sent him home with a bottle

From now until the end of January I will be offering $65 1hr sessions, and after January my fees will be increasing to $85 for a 1hr session. Those of you who were lucky enough to meet the elegant Mr Elliot over the past couple of years would be saddened to know that unfortunately he has left this world. The... kids and I were completely devastated but very blessed to have been able to provide him with a loving home whilst he was here. It is my wish to use this experience to help the kids understand life and death and to enjoy/appreciate each moment while we are in it. It is for that reason I have asked the universe to send us another rescue saimese kitty, I would hate for my kids to choose to not have a loving pet out of fear of loss. 14.01.2022 Im not a perfect parent, what is a perfect parent actually? I am a parent who has been dealt their own individual set of challenges, as have most parents I know, the mums and dads in my immediate and extended community all come with their own individual daily challenges. Toady I am feeling so grateful that I have these 2 amazing mentors in my life, helping me to see that I can live, a more positive, peaceful and harmonious life, no matter what kind of storm I may be sailin...g through at any time. Not only am I going deep to find my pot off gold within but by doing so, my children are able to witness this and benefit from this. Science has shown us the power of the mirror neurons in our brains, that when our children see us acting in a certain way, they will mimic the behaviors. Last year because my mentors were often out of the country, mentoring others, i slightly fell from this wagon, but jumping back into it, head first this year has created such a massive shift already, in myself, in my children, in my work, in my community, and in others I have to communicate with. Suddenly I'm seeing more positively, I'm seeing the joy in more areas of my life, I'm being productive, I'm calm and I'm happy. And the mirror neurons are activating in my children and in my clients at work. I am 100 percent committed to this journey of becoming a facilitator of the mindful parenting program and I'm inviting you to join me. 13.01.2022 Yes, I know the government is corrupt. Yes, I know there are people conspiring. Yes, I know people can lack integrity. Yes, I know that western culture is mater...ialistic. Yes, I know that corporations are self-serving. Yes, I know that the media is manipulative. I share many of your concerns. And I also know that we cannot change the world without acknowledging what is wrong. I know that we must stand against that which shames, oppresses and damages humanity. I know that we should not ignore the injustices and put on a fake smile. I know that we must find our voice and stand our ground. I know that we must fight for our right to the light. I believe deeply in forward moving criticism. But something doesn’t feel quite right. You complain all the time. You have made negativity a full time job. You don’t make an effort to find solutions. You blame everything on the world out there. You don’t actually do anything positive to effect change. And you seldom acknowledge the positive steps humanity has made. You seldom acknowledge the beauty around you. You almost never see the light in the darkness. I know something from my lived experience. I know that the light is always there. It is there, in the breath that keeps you alive, in the smile of a child, in the one more chance to find your path. It is there in the rise of the feminine, in the therapeutic revolution, in the burgeoning quest for authenticity. If you can’t see it, then the issue is a personal one, for there are signs of progress everywhere. And I also know from a lifetime of overcoming that it is possible to hold it all at once. To fight against injustice while still embodying the light. To see where we are lacking, while rejoicing in our abundance. To express our anger, and to live our gratitude. To feel overwhelmed by an unfair world, while still achieving our goals. To admit how far we have yet to travel, while applauding how far we have come. And so I wonder what lives below your perpetual negativity? Apart from the problems with the world, what happened that darkened your lens? What made the glass so empty? Is it really all about the world ‘out there’, or are there also unresolved personal experiences that need to be healed? What are you really trying to express about the lack of love, attention, and satisfaction in your life? What is your deeper complaint? What lives below this victimhood? What needs to expressed and resolved so that you will see some light shining through again? Please don’t wait until the world is perfect, for it will never be so. Yes, yes it does, it actually happens to me all the time these days, for those of you who watched me go through the dark struggles of life, thanx for sticking round to watch me reap the benefits. For most of my black days becoming light I have kinesiology and some amazing mentor's to thank, the mindful parenting program and all of my lovely friends. I'm like hold up, rewind, how old did you say you were? Are you sure you calculated that right? She was such a pleasure to meet and to balance, I dearly hope she is living a little more peacefully tonight Love my job.
