25.01.2022 This week’s update! Tiles are down, just another row , then grouting! After a cleanup, the carpet should be going on next week!

25.01.2022 Latest pics! The plasterers are hard at work and doing a great job! The cinemas are really starting to take shape now. On the fundraising side of things, the pavers are starting to sell and raise that much needed money to finish the job. Thank to those that have supported us. If you are interested in getting a paver, please order one soon. We do have a limited amount of space and we would hate anyone to miss out!

16.01.2022 Things have been a bit slow on the inside of the Cinema but we are now getting ready for the wonderful entry that will hold the pavers. Also the gates are installed and the posts are in for the covers.

16.01.2022 It has been a while since our last update and although a lot of work has been completed most of it is behind the scenes. Painting is starting next week so we should have some different photos to show then.

16.01.2022 We want to say thanks to the wonderful support of a large number of local families and businesses who have purchased a paver. The Cobram Cinema is fast becoming a reality and we cannot wait to open to allow you all to experience the cinema. We are sorry but we cannot take anymore orders as we are now busy organising the production of the pavers.

16.01.2022 We have been getting enquiries about when we will open. At this stage we are hoping for Boxing Day, but still have hurdles we have to get over to be ready for then. Thanks for all the support. We cannot wait to open to you all.

15.01.2022 Thanks to the wonderful support of a large number of local families and businesses, the Cobram Cinema is fast becoming a reality. Perhaps you have already purchased a paver or have shown interest in doing so. The Cinema Fundraising Committee would like to thank you for your generosity, support and interest in this community project. The paver fundraiser will be wound up on the 31st August. Although we have raised a good portion of our goal, there are still have a number of f...amily and business pavers available which we are hoping to sell prior to the closing date. This will help us to reach our fundraising goal of $100,000. We are hoping that each of you will be able to forward this email to as many of your contacts as possible. We are still finding people and businesses who are unaware of this fundraiser and so we hope to reach them via you. If you haven't yet purchased a paver, we would love to get your order. We would also ask you to talk to your friends, family, neighbours or work colleagues about supporting this fundraiser as well. 06.01.2022 Cinema progression as of today! The tradies are all still working hard and the inside is now looking like a cinema. The external rendering is also coming along nicely.

05.01.2022 The bolts to anchor the seats are now in the concrete! Cinema One will have 90 seats and Cinema Two will have 70 seats. Carpet is still a couple of weeks away but the tiles have arrived!!

03.01.2022 This week’s update! The plasterers are doing a mighty job and the cinema foyer is now taking shape! We will post pics of what the Candy Bar area will look like once it is finalised!
