25.01.2022 Nice day on the park at the Fremantle Highland Championships on Saturday March 14. Congratulations to Coastal Scottish, winners in Grade 3, Kalamunda District,... winners in Grade 4, and to all bands who competed. Well done to Fremantle Sailing Club, Stuart Bradford, and all the Pipe Bands WA judges and helpers for putting on another successful contest. See more

24.01.2022 Playing at the Toodyay Moondyne Joe Festival was great fun as always.

20.01.2022 Great effort today everyone! It was hot and tiring, but a grand total of $734.60 has been raised for the Lord Mayor's Distress Relief Fund for the Parkerville-Stoneville fire appeal. Well done!!! Thanks to all of you, whether playing, shaking tins or generally organising the getting of everybody to where they had to be.

19.01.2022 Great weather for playing a few tunes for the Caledonian Society Picnic at Whiteman Park yesterday.

19.01.2022 Well done everyone! That was a fabulous effort - we didn't win the pipe band comp, but definitely did not disgrace ourselves. And we did win one thing - we were the last band represented in the bar tent!

18.01.2022 Well done everyone on winning grade 4 band competition at the Fremantle Highland Championships today. Also, congrats to all those who picked up individual prizes in the solo comps!

05.01.2022 Great day playing out for the first time in months.

03.01.2022 Last night's ceilidh was great fun. The hall and the dance floor were packed all night and we hope everyone had a good time!

03.01.2022 The band's QM was delighted when a (very) long awaited package finally arrived from Pakistan. The parcel was wrapped so beautifully - bound with cloth, stitched up and with wax seals - our local post office was enthralled, as were we. Imagine our disappointment when the parcel was opened to reveal glengarries that would put twisted pasta to shame. Thank goodness for steam irons! Moral of the story: sometimes getting things cheap just isn't worth the hassle or the time wasted.

02.01.2022 We'll have a stall and a few competitors in the solo competitions. Was a great day last year and we're looking forward to this one!
