Her recent trip to the North West got her off dry land and unlocked the marine side of her passion and her dream, swimming with manta rays! Alongside her was husband Jon and two kids Mia and Thane sharing this magical experience which they can assure us, they will never forget. Heres just a few of the changes: Meditation is back on Fridays at 7pm, Move and Improve will be held on Wednesdays at 12pm, and weve also brought back 8:30am Aqua Cardio on Monday and Wednesdays and added Aqua fit in at 10.30am each weekday.... And before you ask... the much loved 9:30am Monday Combat class will be returning after the school holidays.
