06.01.2022 Down But NOT Out!!!!! I’m taking a little social media hiatus for the rest of December! With the end of the year near and the next few weeks being some of the busiest weeks we see as business owners and personally I think it’s important to know your limits. So I can offer the absolute best to my clients I’m choosing to spend my evenings and spare time focusing on recharging and resting. Please if you need an appointment, stock or a chit chat call 0417237424... I realised after a quick stay in hospital this weekend that I need to make sure I don’t burn myself out. Most of the time the burn out doesn’t come from the physical work but all the stress we carry after our clients leave. I, like most people think that I can soldier through anything but the truth is sometimes you just have to be honest and know you’re limits. I do have functional neurological disorder, I am a perfectionist and I’m definitely not resilient. All these things affect me and my work so rather than add to the stress by trying to do more, be more and show more I’m just going to focus December on enjoying my MVP’s my clients (Sorry Caleb ) With love Erin
