25.01.2022 Accountability Post This post is for me to take responsibility and Accountability for what has happened over the last 3 weeks. I know I should have written this earlier but it has taken me to now to find the courage for tell the world what has been going on. I know a lot of people have read the posts that has been circulation the facebook world, a lot are not true and are very hurtful and disgusting to read. 3 weeks ago tomorrow my children and myself were involved in a acc...idental carbon monoxide poisoning, which lead to us in hospital for the day. Lots of rumours lies and horrible photos where posted all over facebook, saying that I had tried to kill my children. I would never hurt my children, let alone attempt to kill my children. I have to live with what I done and the images that live in my head. the following week the examiner made a article about the speedway and a few issues that occurred that night, taking what I had written on a post and a few things that I had mentioned and changed the story to make a story. I would never go to the media about anything that was already been sorted. I am truly embarrassed and saddened by what has happened. I Love going to Speedway and have made a lot of regular customers, and I would never want to jeopardise my spot at the speedway. I have wanted to write this sooner but I have had so much running through my head and with a lot of sleepless night I could bring myself to admit out loud and to the world that a mistake from me nearly cost me both my children. I have let things get to me and unfortunately things have slipped and I haven't been up to standards, and this is unacceptable from me. From now I am owning what I have done wrong and trying to work make things right. I am accepting responsibility and accountability for my actions and I accept what ever consequences that come out of this. I Just want to thank those who have been there and supported me over the last few weeks, I have found some amazing support from some very amazing people so thank you from the bottom of my heart. 24.01.2022 I have been a bit quiet over the last week weeks with not working much, I am truly thankful for those who are still supporting me when I am at work. I really wouldn’t know what I would do with out these beautiful souls I have been catching up on a few projects around the home that has been put aside while we’re so busy. It’s been a very big change going from working 6-7 days a week and running around after children to doing not much. Personally I have struggled with tryin...g to adapt. I hope everyone has been keeping safe. I have had a few days spent in the kitchen resigning a few things that I would like to change when we are back in full force. Tomorrow we are looking forward to doing some coffees in our wonderful little community, with a few pay it forward coffees going out from one of our local businesses and I will also be handing out a few from me as well. Friday I will be delivering a few free coffees to some of the wonderful people who have been working on the frontlines while everything has been going on.

20.01.2022 I have been a bit slack with doing updates of late so I do apologize. We have had a busy few days. You will find us at the West Tamar Lions Club Exeter Market, come down and have a look at all the stalls and grab a drink. 20.01.2022 We will not be doing a run today, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We had a absolutely massive weekend and both our vans are in desperate need of restocking. We always go to make sure we have more then enough but even with a coolroom and freezer full of stock we still ran short. We will be back on the road tomorrow bigger and better. Keep cups will not be accepted due to cross contamination reasons, we also ask if you can pay by card please do so it help with the spread of germs through money. We have hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes in the van for everyone to use. I will be cleaning the van after ever stop and continually wiping down and sanitising everything after ever use. If you are sick I ask you to place your order and... notify me and stand to the side and I will try to prioritise your order. 13.01.2022 Please note due to everything going on, I wish to advise that as of now I will not be accepting any keep cups. I know a lot of people like to help the environment but due to on going health concerns I am not allowed to accept any due to cross contamination. There will be a few items that may also be out of stock but I will try to minimise that. My van will be wiped down continuously during the day and in between customers. ... Hand sanitizer will also be put into place so please fill free to use that. I will be using hand sanitizer every time money is handled to insure people’s safety and well being. 09.01.2022 Check out this amazing video from Danny, we have been privileged enough to be able to be a apart of this amazing event for the past 3-4 years. This makes you smile every time you see how excited these kids get, they really do tug at your heart strings. Cars for kidz do such a great job to make this happen. National Automobile Museum of Tasmania are also a massive part of making this happen along with all the volunteers. Well done to everyone who donates their time to make these kids smile.

03.01.2022 Today you will find our van down at Churchill park for the softball masters, we have had a very enjoyable 3 days there. If you are looking for something to do it’s great to watch and it’s going to be a great grand final. They have a canteen with lots of yummy food and we have the hot drinks covered.

02.01.2022 This has definitely been one of the most challenging times for a lot of businesses. The mental toll it takes on you is one of the most difficult things to deal with, trying to make sure you can keep your business afloat and do the right thing by everyone. 02.01.2022 What a weekend we have had so far, Friday afternoon, Saturday and today we have spent at the national titles for the clay shooting at the Nile. We have had a blast so far and absolutely love seeing our regulars from the past 6 years, and have tomorrow to go We would also like to Thank the Kentish Council for once again inviting us back to their Australia Day morning celebrations we absolutely love the atmosphere down that way.
