19.01.2022 The Health and Safety of our clients and staff alike remain foremost during this time, which is why our staff are now wearing face masks. Masks are not required by our clients, however are available for anyone who requests one and has not brought their own along. Rest assured we continue with all our previous COVID-19 safety precautions, adhering to social distancing in our large waiting room [optional to be called in from your car], hand sanitiser and temperature on arrival, treatment in individual rooms and cleaned between clients, and rehab in our large 100q m gym allowing for social distancing.

17.01.2022 The Health and Safety of our clients and staff remain first and foremost during this time. Hence all staff at our clinic will now be using Face masks to enhance those Covid Safe practices already in place. This is not required for clients, however they can be provided for anyone who wishes to use one and has not brought their own along. This is in conjunction with adhering to all previous recommendations of social distancing, hand hygiene and regular cleaning of surfaces enhanced by our large waiting room / or wait in the car in our onsite carpark, individual treatment rooms, and large onsite gym accommodating social distance requirements.

06.01.2022 Our new 100sqm Gym extensions has been well received by our clients and staff alike.

03.01.2022 Faye and Sean are the only Accredited Hand Therapists [as per the Australian Hand Therapy Association] on the Mid North Coast. Hand/upper limb injuries don't stop because of COVID-19. We understand more than most how important EARLY intervention/treatment is, so remain open as an 'essential service' to assist you with any fracture management, casting, custom made splinting, post-operative surgery and wound care, shoulder injuries etc. Not sure if you need to come in - best to give a call then and ask to talk to Faye or Sean .
