23.01.2022 Our biggest priority with the ever changing COVID-19 situation is the health and safety of our team members and customers. With this in mind, we have implemented the following strategies in line with recommendations from the Australian Government to help minimise the spread of the virus: All meetings, where possible, will take place over the phone or via video conference When booking a service call or install, we’ll ask you if you have recently been overseas, had contact... with anyone who has been overseas, or been in contact with anyone who has been unwell in anyway. We’ll ask again when we call a week before your scheduled appointment to confirm. If you answer yes to any of these questions, we will book you in for a date that is at least 14 days later While on your premises: Our Technicians will be wearing disposable gloves, using hand sanitiser, and cleaning their tools before packing them away on every job Where possible, please maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from our technicians These new precautions are for the safety of both you as a customer, and our Technicians. At this time Security is being classed as an essential service and as such we will continue on with business - mostly - as usual, ensuring that we follow protocols as advised by the Australian Government.
