25.01.2022 What is low level laser therapy? Low Level Laser Therapy is a non-invasive, pain free, light based therapy that uses Red and Infrared light to target inflamed, injured and diseased tissues. Photons of light stimulate ATP production (fuel for our cells), thereby accelerating the healing process. With more ATP (adenosine triphosphate) at the cellular level, tissues heal faster, improve function and reduce inflammation and relieve pain.https://youtu.be/QYGX6Zvfm7I

19.01.2022 How does Cold Laser Therapy work? The effects of Cold Laser Therapy are photochemical, like photosynthesis in plants. When the laser emitter is placed on the skin over injured or sick cells in the body, such as muscles and ligaments, light energy is absorbed into the tissue. This action stimulates the damaged cells to increase their energy production which is used to restore the damage cells back to healthy active cells
15.01.2022 Is Cold Laser Therapy safe? Lasers used for therapeutic tissue stimulation have insufficient strength(power) to damage cells. Cold Laser Therapy does NOT generate any heat and cannot damage or burn the skin and is painless to use. Provided protective eyewear is to be worn during treatment. The Multi Radiance laser unit I use is registered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration(TGA). The Australian register of the TGA(ARTG) ID number is 212916 for the purpose of muscular and skeletal conditions and pain management in general.
10.01.2022 Treatment The more frequent the treatments initially the better the outcome of pain relief and tissue repair. Frequency of treatments will vary from person to person depending on the condition and each individuals response. It is best practice to have a course of 6 treatments within 3 weeks as the benefits of Cold Laser Therapy are accumulative. One treatment builds upon the next. Many people experience significant relief within that time, some will feel changes sooner. Treatments will always be scheduled to achieve best outcomes.
