01.01.2022 Today, we would like to introduce you to another one of our rarely seen colleagues that works inside Cold Logic. This is John. John is coming to us through the employment services provided by Barkuma and spends a few days a week at our facility. He helps around the stores and workshops and with a lot of cleaning and tidying up.... So, why is he featured today? Because of COVID. Back in March 2020, when the first wave hit Australia, John and some other casual employees of ours were stood down while we assessed Cold Logic's future. However, it was equally important to have him come back as soon as we had some clarity on our business outlook and opportunities moving forward. Being a successful business is not always about profit and loss statements, but is also about our "family", the people that make Cold Logic what we are today. And John is a part of that family and we want to make sure that he is not one of the countless unfortunate victims of the pandemic, but is happy, has a purpose and is a contributing member to the Australian social fabric! #socialresponsibility # supportthosethatneeditmost #socialconscience
