15.01.2022 Now the cooler months are here, nows the time for preventative maintenance. This unit wouldn't heat or cool. Rust had eaten through the resistors on this PCB. All fixed and another grateful client.

The tenant is now able to have a great night sleep after the existing DEC unit was replaced with a quality Mitsubishi unit in the master bedroom. This one required the replacement of all capping due to extreme UV damage.
