What does that do to our mental state? It definitely lessens our desire to continue. And yet we still do. But at what cost? What if we did regular digital detoxes? Just for a moment, a day, a week, a month?! Im not suggesting to stop working. But logging off. Stepping away. Reconnecting with how we really feel inside...without the reactionary habits. Honestly, offline is when I get my most challenging and creative work done. Because its ok to just be. Just sit. Walk. Think. Not think. Absorbing the world around you.
